When someone is angry we can clearly see that they are abiding in hell. Anger and hatred are the substance of which hell are made...when we are watchful over anger, bringing it into the light of our awareness and further more presenting it to God, it loses it's destructive power and is replaced with the energies of Grace, which is the healing power of God, and the substance of heaven. See your anger, acknowledge it. See God, receive Grace.
